We work with businesses whose problem does not have a product. A bike shop tracking one repair through six stages and three technicians. A charter captain booking boats against tide, weather and a deposit. The kind of workflow a general-purpose tool does not fit, so people run it on a spreadsheet and their memory instead.

03 · Core principles
Most business software charges by the seat for screens you will never open. We build the part you actually use and leave the rest out. Fewer moving parts is also fewer things that can break on a Saturday.
Every line is written in Richmond, Texas. No offshore handoff, no overnight round trip on a one-line question. You talk to the person who wrote the thing you are asking about.

05 · Site management
Building the thing is half of it. The other half is the Tuesday morning six months later when a plugin update takes the contact form down and nobody notices for a week. We monitor sites daily, patch them on a policy rather than on impulse, and send nothing at all on the days everything is fine.
3 sites are under management today, as of August 2026. Four rungs, month to month, no ticket queue. The first three are operations. The fourth adds a protected staging environment and contracted build capacity, for owners who want one accountable partner for the whole site.
