What it is.

Kanban service workflow, 14+ fit measurement points, session comparison, quotes, and invoices for bike shops and professional fitters.

Tenacious Systems replaces the spreadsheet-and-notebook stack most bike shops run today. Mechanics move jobs across a six-stage service board, fitters capture structured measurements per bike geometry, and owners quote and invoice without exporting to a separate POS. Dark-mode UI is tuned for shop-floor visibility.
