Built around a specific job.

GuideStack Outdoors is the white-label edition of the booking and operations platform built for Reel Excitement Charters in Shell Beach, Louisiana. Guides, charters, lodges and outfitters get the same system under their own brand: an availability-aware multi-step booking wizard, online payments with the processor they already use, a guest trip portal for lookups and balance payments, and a staff operations console covering reservations, customers, finance, packages, rooms, fleet and roles. Marketing pages, galleries and policies are backed by Sanity CMS, and the web app installs as a PWA for phones on the dock.

Your brand on every screen, from first visit to paid balance. GuideStack is not a listing site that rents you traffic: it is the software that runs the business, with your domain, your trips, your prices and your payment account.

  • The same codebase running a live charter business today
  • Availability-aware booking wizard for charters, lodge stays or both together
  • Square, Stripe, or the processor you already use: setup is part of the build
  • Guest trip portal that cuts phone calls and lost reservations
  • Operations console built for the morning rush: reservations, customers, finance, fleet
  • Content you own: Sanity-backed pages, galleries and policies without a developer in the loop
Ways people use it
  • Take charter and lodge bookings online with live availability
  • Collect payments and balances through your own processor account
  • Let guests look up trips and pay in a self-serve portal
  • Run reservations, customers and finance from one admin console
  • Edit trips, galleries and policies yourself through the CMS

Feature details and benefits

Availability-aware booking

A guided multi-step wizard backed by a calendar staff controls. Guests see open dates instead of calling for them, covering charters, lodge stays or combined trips.

  • Guests book without a phone call
  • Availability expectations set up front

Online payments

Square, Stripe, or the processor the outfit already uses: checkout at booking and balance payments afterward, with deposits and confirmations handled in the same system that runs the trips. Processor setup is part of the build.

  • Money lands in the outfit's own account
  • Deposits and balances without invoicing by hand

Guest trip portal

Guests look up their trip by email and booking reference, pay balances and message the outfit. Fewer phone calls, fewer lost reservations.

  • Guests self-serve trip details
  • Balance payments without a follow-up email chain

Operations admin

Reservations, customers, finance views, packages, rooms, fleet and staff roles in one console built for the morning rush.

  • One console for the whole operation
  • Finance views that reconcile with the booking record

Content you own

Marketing pages, galleries and policies are backed by Sanity CMS. Outfits edit trips and photos themselves without a developer in the loop.

  • Self-serve content edits
  • Brand and policies stay current without tickets

Mobile-first PWA

Installable layouts that book and manage from a phone on the dock. No app store gatekeeping, no separate iOS and Android builds to maintain.

  • Works where the work happens
  • One web codebase instead of two native apps
