Website care

Your site needs an owner.

Monitoring, updates and someone who knows what to do next. Owner-operated website maintenance, scoped after a review of your site.

Care tiers

Choose the level of responsibility.

Essential keeps a site safe and current. Professional adds an active maintenance partner. Premium adds broader stewardship. Each is quoted after a site review; you do not need to choose a tier before contacting us.

Professional

Sites that hire and win work through the site

Everything in Essential, plus up to four hours of content and design work each month, job posting management, client logo and project page additions, form monitoring and spam management, plugin and feature compatibility testing, a monthly analytics snapshot, and a quarterly site health review. Response within four business hours.

Ask about Professional

Premium

Owners who want the site run like a business asset

Everything in Professional, plus up to eight hours of development, design, or content work each month, on-page SEO (titles, meta, descriptions, schema), GA4 and Search Console reporting, speed and Core Web Vitals optimization, a bi-monthly thirty-minute review, and an annual strategy session. Priority response within two business hours.

Ask about Premium

Month to month, with 30 days to cancel. Response targets are business-hour commitments, not resolution guarantees. Redesigns, net-new product features, original content production and ad management are scoped separately.

Platform coverage and update policy

The authenticated deep-check layer is proven on WordPress. Other platforms receive external monitoring and advisory coverage; deeper checks are scoped for that platform.

Minor and security core updates apply automatically. Plugin, theme and custom-code changes are reviewed. Major updates are tested on staging, with related page-builder components treated as one compatibility group.

Monitoring checks reachability, certificates and changes against a baseline. A read-only form check does not submit a test inquiry or verify that an email was delivered.

A simple starting point

One page. A working way to get in touch.

For a local business that needs a straightforward website, this is a separate entry offer, not a maintenance tier.

Planned changes

Review the work before it goes live.

Professional and Premium engagements include protected staging and a monthly service and site operations record. Planned work follows an agreed review process, then the approved change is verified on the live site.

A real engagement

Clean the source, then make the move.

An anonymized WordPress takeover for an industrial construction contractor.

The inherited site was compromised before migration. We removed the backdoor and rogue access, cleaned the source before cutover and moved the site onto hosting with staging and downloadable backups. Email records were preserved. Ongoing checks followed the handover.
