Platform note

Layer 2 (authenticated deep checks) is WP-CLI and SSH today. Non- WordPress stacks get external monitoring and advisory coverage; deep checks are rebuilt per platform when scoped.

02 · Proof

Moved picougroup.com onto a managed SiteGround GrowBig account, handled DNS cutover via GoDaddy, SSL, and platform config. Found and removed an active WordPress compromise that arrived with the migration: a disguised backdoor plugin, a PHP dropper, SEO spam staging folders, and two rogue admin accounts. Verified clean with file-integrity checks, a full database audit, and a fresh malware scan. Reinstalled WP core from official sources and began credential and salt rotation.

Ongoing: three-layer monitoring at 7am CT, silent unless drift, with a dated report and remediation handoff when something trips. Maintenance ops cover plugin, theme, and core updates, UpdraftPlus backup verification, Wordfence hardening, and access management.
